Dwayne Wade’s Wife Sues Gabby Union

Anyways this post is not about my artist like skills this is about a bitter wife that has gone so low as to sue HER HUSBAND’s GIRLFRIEND on behalf of her kids smh…

Siohvaughn Wade filed the suit in Chicago this week, adding yet another chapter to the lengthy divorce saga between the former high school sweethearts who separated more than two years ago. She and Dwyane Wade had two sons, ages 8 and 2, who are listed as plaintiffs.

An attorney for Siohvaughn Wade did not immediately respond to an interview request.

“Each and every allegation made is entirely false,” said C. Anthony Mulrain, an attorney for Union.

The lawsuit against Union is the latest twist in a nasty back-and-forth divorce battle that has waged for years.

It alleges Union “engaged in sexual foreplay” in front of the boys, which “severely inflicted the Plaintiffs emotionally and mentally.” It also claims that the boys received “medium size gifts” from Dwyane Wade for Christmas last year, while Union got “the biggest gift of all.”

“Defendant has played sexually explicit roles, including roles as a seductress,” the lawsuit reads. “Defendant has apparently decided to take her role beyond the films and into the home of a married man, Dwyane Wade, in the presence of his two minor children.”

Damages in excess of $50,000 are being sought by Siohvaughn Wade.(source)

Lil Wayne is having some more legal problems. A promoter in the Bahamas is suing lil Wayne for being to drunk and passing out in his hotel room to appear at a scheduled concerts. He was paid something near $250,000 up front for a performance that he never mad it to.

A promoter that hired Lil’ Wayne to headline a “Poppin’ Bottles” concert in the Bahamas last year is suing the rapper after he drunkenly snoozed through the show.

The rapper, who sprays bottles of bubbly onto cheerleaders in the video for “Poppin’ Bottles,” is accused of stiffing Red City Entertainment by missing the Sept. 27 show at the Bristol Wine & Spirits Grounds in Nassau.

“This was targeted as a showcase for Lil’ Wayne,” said Glenn Gitomer, a lawyer for the New Jersey promotions company. “Then police found him intoxicated in his hotel room.”

The suit, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, charges that Lil’ Wayne was passed out and “unwilling to perform” after cops went in search of him at his hotel room.

More than 5,000 fans were sent home at 2:30 a.m. when the rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, pulled his boozy disappearing act, the suit says.

“It was a great expense just to accommodate him,” Gitomer said. -source

Via Freddyo: I Antonia ” Toya” Carter have been disturbed but silent about the recent performance that took place at the BET awards, which including my only child Reginae Carter and her friends joining her father Lil Wayne on stage while he performed his new single “Every Girl”. I will be the first to admit that the father and daughter relationship should not have been reunited on stage for any particular reason while this song was being performed. Wayne is a very loving, caring, and devoted father and I truly feel that the act was unintentional due to the fact that he was trying to make his little girl happy by letting her be on stage with her father. Once again, I do not of any degree think it was a wise decision and I truly do apologize to all that this may offended and most importantly the children that watched this performance. I feel we all have learned a lot from this situation and pray that the viewers will allow these children to move forward with their lives and not held accountable because they are innocent.

I want to sue the person that stole my idea of…BREATHING. since now a days we can sue for just any ol thing I guess I’ll start dishing out my list of complaints and get my case on the road. Jay-Z is being sued for ** MILLION (I say he make it a cool Zillion) by some loony tune who claims that Jay stole rap-whispering from him. The fool claims that he wasn’t JUSTICE People use the word justice as loosely as diarrhea these days that you don’t know if something is a crime from someones sadistic fantasy.

After he sues Jay-z I’m going to sue Beyonce for fooling me in to thinking that Kelly and Michelle actually have a chance at making it. How’s that for law suits..BOOYA!!!

“Former heavyweight boxer Mitchell Rose is planning to file an $88 million dollar copyright lawsuit against Jay-Z in Brooklyn Federal Court. According to Rose, he gave Jay-Z his demo tape on March 12, 2001, following a bout between William Joppy and Felix Trinidad.

Lil Kim Gets Money

I mean maybe now that she won her case and was awarded 500k I’m guessing it would mean that she will be able to buy more material to cover up her plastic stretched marked aureoles.

Lil’ Kim notched a victory in court yesterday (May 15), when a judge awarded her $500,000 dollars over an unauthorized DVD released by former cohort Lil’ Cease.

Lil’ Kim filed the $6 million dollar lawsuit against Lil’ Cease in July of 2005, claiming the former Junior M.A.F.I.A. member illegally used her name and likeness to promote his DVD The Chronicles of Junior M.A.F.I.A. Part II: Reloaded.

According to The New York Post, Manhattan Federal judge Jed Rakoff sided with Lil’ Kim and ruled that Lil’ Cease and his company Ground Zero entertainment infringed upon Lil’ Kims rights. -source

If your a Gray’s Anatomy feign like me then you would have had a gut feeling that Isaiah Washington was going to have something to say about his picture being used. Now he is suing for failure to receive consent to use his image in the show that he was FIRED from….I guess you have to make your money where you can. He is filming a movie now, so money is not a problem but money is money. And ABC better have his money. they should have known that this man is still bitter after being fried. Hell i would be too. It’s the damn principle

Isaiah Washington has filed a complaint with the Screen Actors Guild over ABC’s use of his picture in an episode of “Grey’s Anatomy.”

The mug of Washington’s Dr. Preston Burke was featured in a “newspaper article” about the character receiving a prestigious surgeon’s award in an episode that first aired May 9.

But Washington, who left the show in 2007 amid controversy over his allegedly referring to castmate T.R. Knight with a homophobic slur, claims the producers failed to get consent for the use of the picture.

His attorney, Peter Nelson, sent notices to ABC and SAG indicating the alleged inappropriate use of Washington’s image, the actor’s manager, Howard Bragman, said.

“They have the rights of the character to advance the story, but not the image,” he said, adding that what he expects for his client is a “financial settlement.” -source

Papoose Gets Sued

This Video is why Papoose is being sued, because instead of planning for his wedding with his convicted fiance he’s out making murder murder kill kill video’s for a diss track. Really how bout we all get a collective life and grow the hell up. I’m sure papoose has other things to do then make videos, like helping Remy pick out magazine subscriptions for her stint in jail.

Rapper Papoose may be in some legal trouble regarding a video he made for his single “Ambulance.” The video, which portrays a man shot and bleeding in the street, featured an ambulance vehicle and emergency personnel from the Bed-Stuy Volunteer Ambulance Corps (BSVAC). The song is known to be a diss record against rival MC Uncle Murda.

Now the BSVAC are planning legal action, claiming that Papoose and his team filmed the ambulance and emergency medical technicians (EMT) under false pretences, according to The New York Daily News.

“His people told us the video would be about the neighborhood and how we respond to save lives,” BSVAC founder Rocky Robinson told the Daily News. “We don’t want to be a part of something where somebody gets hurt.”

Tmz: A woman who claims Michael Jordan fathered her 4-year-old son is asking for him to take a paternity test — for the third time!

The former NBA baller took two paternity tests in 2005, and was completely ruled out to be the boy’s father. But the wacky mom just won’t leave MJ alone.

Lisa Miceli is asking a judge to make Jordan submit to a third paternity test — but here’s the rub (get it?) — she’ll have a hard time serving Jordan, because a judge has ruled she’s been harassing the s**t out of him and ordered her to stay away.

Seriously how the hell many times does she want to hear someone say “HE IS NOT THE FATHER” at this point she is pushing it. Maybe she should go find that turkey baser that she used to get herself pregnant with and check the DNA up against that. On the other hand Micheal should learn to keep him old pen15 in his pants and then that gold digging skank wouldn’t be taking him to court for the third time for the same Got damn thing. *SHM*

Kanye and his Punk azz is being sued…..For stealing the “Good life” *GASP*

TMZ reports: In a rambling lawsuit filed in Maryland District Court, Dayna Staggs (aka D’Mystro) is suing Kanye — and his record label, Roc-a-Fella — for copyright infringement. Staggs says that West “didn’t obtain a license to use ‘Volume of Good Life’” for his tune, and points out that Kanye was “only at the age of 6 or 7 years of age [sic]” when his song was written.
D’Mystro is also peeved because Kanye’s song “contains vulgar and offensive” images and “harms the reputation” of his much cleaner song. He wants 85% of all world sales of the proceeds from the music that uses his work, though he doesn’t explain how he came up with that number. Kanye’s label hasn’t returned a message seeking comment.

I believe it!! let me stop I believe everything i see on the Internet. NOT!! I’ll let y’all formulate your own opinions….I just want to know WHY the hell 85%??? I would have asked for 92% cause they number is RANDOM (just like this law suit)….

Get Rich Quick Schemes: Target = Oprah

Even Oprah’s trying not to laugh at this one…..

An “Oprah Winfrey Show” audience member is suing Harpo Studios Wednesday after some overzealous guests allegedly caused her to fall down a flight of stairs.

On Dec. 5, 2006, Orit Greenberg went to Harpo Studios to be an audience member for the Oprah show, according to a lawsuit filed in Cook County Circuit Court Wednesday.

Greenberg, along with an “excess number of patrons,” gathered in a waiting area before filing into the studio to be seated, the suit said. When the audience members were instructed to enter the studio and sit “where they wanted,” Greenberg claims she was pushed down stairs as the patrons “rushed the gate” while pushing and shoving one another.

The suit said Harpo management failed to properly control the crowd and was careless by allowing guests to seat themselves.

Greenberg allegedly suffered “severe and permanent injuries” from the fall, and is asking for more than $50,000 for medical care and other damages, the suit said. -source

Okay I don’t know about this story, because I don’t hold any credibility to Ray-J’s mom because she hasn’t punched that like snot nose boy of hers in the face and tell him to stop with the whorish activities. But I’ll believe everything that I see and hear on TV because that’s my hobby/job to spread the gossip around the world. Hotsauce to the rescue!

Sonja Norwood is suing Kardashian and her siblings Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Jr. alleging they ran up more than $120,000 in charges on her American Express card in 2006 and 2007.

In the lawsuit, Norwood says Kardashian had only been authorized in 2004 to make one purchase on the card in Kim’s then-capacity as a stylist for her daughter Brandy. Norwood claims Kardashian made extra unauthorized purchases and passed on the credit card number to her siblings, who also made unauthorized purchases – including items bought at their two family-owned clothing stores, Dash and Smooch.

The suit claims in 2006, the Kardashian siblings amassed $62,793.83 in unauthorized charges. And, in 2007, they spent another $57,841.82 on the card, totaling $120,635.65.
